A perfect blend of wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon, all-natural vegetables and premium feta cheese, this delicious salmon patty makes for an easy dinner option any day of the week! Each package contains (2) 4 oz. patties that are individually vacuum sealed so the 1 lb. Add-On order will contain 2 packages…4 total patties. These patties are 100% gluten free and best when cooked frozen. Best methods of preparation: grilled, baked, pan fried, air-fried…it works just about any way you want!

Ingredients: Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon, Spinach, Feta Cheese, Natamycin (bio-preservative used to protect flavor), Onion, Celery, Red Bell Pepper ,Canola Oil, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper

    These were actually very delicious, and the price is pretty dang good!

    The instructions say just cook from frozen (I throw it on a hot cast iron personally) -- I will buy a lot more for convenience/ when I don't want to thaw some regular frozen salmon (which I usually thaw 24 hours for best results personally).

    Wish I knew EXACTLY how much protein these contained, as I do weight-training, etc., but maybe I'll send an email. Or maybe it's on the package. I don't know, I have to reorder!
