All seafood shipments are sent through Fed Ex - Next Day Air and are sent out Monday – Thursday. All orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday. If you need assistance with any shipping issues please call our office at 866-648-WILD (9453)
Our packages are packed with the following; seafood products are shipped on dry ice inside insulated inserts in a corrugated shipping box.
Seafood is calculated by the pound and added at the end of the checkout process. Shipping charges include; Overnight Shipping, Processing and Handling of dry ice, insulated inserts and shipping insurance.
Online orders receive emailed order confirmation and invoices. Shipping confirmation will be emailed on the shipping day which also includes a tracking number. Wild Alaska Salmon and Seafood Co. will also be tracking each order to ensure proper delivery. Occasionally there are weather delays or delays during peak holiday periods that are beyond our control. In the event of any delay we will notify you as soon as possible with a status update. Please also note that we can not ship to APO/FPO, PO Box’s or Rural Routes.
